Andrew M. Gross

Andrew M. Gross has over 30 years of extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate including development, financing, sales, acquisitions, leasing, condominium, joint ventures, equity structures and corporate governance, with special emphasis on developer representation for a variety of multi-family, condominium, townhouse, spec-home, mixed-use, and flex warehouse projects. Mr. Gross received a J.D. degree with honors from the George Washington University Law School, a BA cum laude from Emory University, is a member of the Bars in Florida and New York, and holds an AV Preeminent Peer Rating - Martindale-Hubbell.
Representative Transactions and Experience:
- Represent development company and affiliates in a variety of condominium, townhouse, multi-family, spec-home and office projects throughout the development process in excess of $500m including land acquisition, debt/equity structuring, financing, construction, AIA construction contracts, title, condominium and association documents, unit sales, joint venture agreements, and the development, broker and design agreements.
- Lead counsel in $100mm debt fund and related participation, warehouse line and third-party financing transactions.
- Lead development counsel in $550mm redevelopment of hotel, golf course and residential project.
- Represented the developers of the $400mm W Fort Lauderdale mixed-use hotel, condominium, retail and restaurant project and the $350mm Infinity at Brickell Miami mixed-use condominium and commercial project, each throughout development process in the land assemblage, financing, debt/equity structuring, construction, condominium unit closings, condominium documents, title, and the hotel franchise, restaurant and bar agreements.
- Represent developers and investors in joint venture agreements in a variety of real estate projects, and prepare easements, declarations, and other development related agreements.
- Represent sellers and buyers of office building, shopping center and multifamily properties, landlords and tenants in the preparation and negotiation of lease agreements, and sellers and buyer in the purchase, sale and financing of residential real estate, including all title matters.
- Represent builders and owners in contracts for new homes and renovations and related closings.
